We prepare all required technical reports (Environmental Impact Assessments, Compliance Reports, Environmental Management Plans) and support you throughout the permitting process (Environmental Impact Statement – DIA, Environmental Aptitude Certificate – CCA).
- Legal requirements analysis for the project Based on the project you intend to develop, we identify the legal requirements applicable to its installation.
- Compliance matrix design and stakeholder mapping We analyze the key stakeholders the project will need to interact with throughout its development stages—institutions, provincial and municipal government agencies, local communities, NGOs, and scientific organizations. This provides not only a compliance matrix to incorporate into project design, but also a clear understanding of the stakeholders and the most effective ways to build constructive relationships.
- Development of technical studies for environmental permits/licenses In line with the regulatory framework, international best practices, and guidelines from international credit institutions, we prepare the technical studies required by the Environmental Authority to obtain permits (Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Compliance Reports, Environmental Audits, Environmental Site Assessments, Public Consultations, etc.). We work with multidisciplinary teams with extensive experience in the environmental field.
- Support throughout the permitting/licensing process We assist you throughout the entire process—responding to inquiries, submitting documentation, presenting studies, and participating in public hearings and stakeholder engagement events. Our professionals are registered in Provincial Environmental Consultant Registries.
- Implementation and monitoring of mitigation measures and Environmental Management Plans We support the implementation of measures by designing effective, measurable, and traceable processes. We also help adjust ongoing programs to improve their efficiency.
